Logo & Settings

Upload your logo, set currency & timezone

Scroll down to upload your Logo (click Choose File), select your Currency (e.g. Euro €), and set your Timezone (e.g. Europe/Amsterdam) to ensure appointment times are displayed correctly.

⚠️
Timezone is critical. Make sure it matches your salon's actual location. An incorrect timezone will cause appointment times to display incorrectly to clients and staff.
📋

Booking & Policies

Control your deposit requirement, cancellation window, rebook reminders, referral programme, and the message clients see on your booking page.

1
Booking Message

Set your Booking Link Message

The Booking Link Message is shown to clients at the top of your online booking page. Use it to communicate your cancellation policy, important notes, or a welcome message.

2
Description

Write your booking page Description

The Description field (with rich text editor) is your salon's story — shown on your booking page and mini website. Include your specialties, values, and a warm welcome.

✍️
Use the rich text editor to bold key services, add bullet points, or include links. A well-written description builds trust and converts more visitors into bookings.

❓ FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Company Settings.
Where do I find my Company Code to share with another YBP business?
+

Scroll down to the bottom of the Company Details section. Your Company Code is shown as a long UUID string (e.g. b00e72fa-4fbb-4e12-...). Share this with other YBP businesses so they can send you Employee or Franchise Requests via Integrations.

What is the Deposit Percentage used for?
+

It's the percentage of the service price that clients pay upfront when booking online. For example, 30 means clients pay 30% at booking and the rest on the day. This requires Stripe to be connected and enabled.

What is the Booking Link Message?
+

It's a text message displayed at the top of your online booking page. Use it to communicate your cancellation policy, special instructions, or a welcome note to clients before they book.

What's the difference between the Notification, Contact, and Billing emails?
+

Notification Email receives booking alerts and updates. Contact Email is displayed to clients as your public contact. Billing Email receives invoices and payment receipts from YBP. They can all be the same address or different ones.

Why isn't my Stripe integration saving?
+

Make sure you're using live keys (starting with sk_live_ and pk_live_), not test keys. Also ensure Enable Integration is set to Yes. Click Save Stripe Settings — note this is a separate button from Update Company.
