How does the employee pricing work? ▼

Every plan includes the platform itself plus 1 employee free. Additional employees are €5/month each. So if you're on Growth with 6 employees, you pay €30 + 5 × €5 = €55/month total.

What happens when I reach 200 clients on Basic? ▼

When your client database reaches 200, you'll be notified to upgrade to Growth. Your existing data carries over automatically — nothing is lost.

Can I switch plans at any time? ▼

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your data is always kept safe.

Is there a contract or minimum term? ▼

No contracts, no minimum term. YBP is month-to-month. Cancel any time — no questions asked.
