❓ FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the Coupons feature.
Why isn't my coupon code working for clients?
+

The most common reason is that the coupon is not enabled. Go to Marketing → Coupons, find your coupon, and click the Enable button. Also check that the expiry date hasn't passed and the usage count hasn't been exceeded.

What does "Usage Count" mean exactly?
+

Usage Count is the maximum number of times this coupon code can be redeemed in total across all clients. Set it to 1 for a single-use coupon, or a higher number for a campaign coupon you want multiple clients to use.

Can I send a coupon to a specific client only?
+

Yes — two ways. You can use Send Email from the coupons list to target specific clients, or go to View Assignments → + Create to manually assign the coupon to a specific client by name and email.

Can I reuse a coupon code after it expires?
+

Yes. Click Edit on the expired coupon and update the Expiry Date to a future date, then make sure it's enabled. The same code can continue to be used by clients.

What's the difference between Enable and Disable?
+

When a coupon shows Enable, it means it's currently inactive and clients cannot use it. Click Enable to activate it. When it shows Disable (in orange), the coupon is live and clients can redeem it — click Disable to temporarily pause it without deleting.
