Loyalty Card

Reward your clients with cashback on every visit. Follow these steps to create a loyalty card, add promotion tiers, and start building client retention on autopilot.

Getting Started

Navigate to Loyalty Cards

From your YBP dashboard, go to Marketing → Loyalty Cards. You'll see an overview of all your existing cards and any client assignments.

Card Settings

Create or Edit a Loyalty Card

Click Issue Card to create a new one, or Edit on an existing card. Configure the card name, expiry period, and toggle it active so clients can start earning cashback immediately.

Add a Promotion Tier

Scroll down to Add Promotion. Search for the services you want to include, select them, then set a cashback percentage. You can create multiple tiers for different services with different cashback rates and click the button " + Add Promotion Tier ".

Pro tip: Create separate tiers for premium services (e.g. 8% cashback on BIAB) vs standard services (e.g. 4% on gel polish) to incentivise your higher-value bookings.

Check Your Promotion Tiers

After adding a tier, it will appear in the Promotion Tiers section below. You can add multiple tiers for different service groups. Review them before saving.

Update Your Loyalty Card

Once you're happy with the settings and promotion tiers, click Update Loyalty Card at the bottom of the page. Your card is now live and clients can start earning cashback on their next booking!

Why are no services appearing in the Add Promotion section?

The loyalty card tool can only use services that already exist in your YBP account. First add your services under Settings → Services, then come back to the loyalty card editor and create your promotion tier.

What does "Days until expiry" mean?

It defines how many days of inactivity are allowed before the client's cashback balance expires. A shorter period can create urgency and encourage repeat visits sooner, while a longer period may feel more generous and relaxed for your clients.

Can I edit a loyalty card later?

Yes. You can return to the Loyalty Cards page at any time, click Edit on any card, and update the card name, expiry settings, promotion tiers, or active status whenever you need to.
