Learn how to create service categories, add different service types, configure pricing, booking rules, and assign employees — all in one place.
Before creating any service, you need a category. Categories group your services and define what type they are (Single, Package, Group, or 4 Hands).
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Service Categories. Here you can see all existing categories and their types, and create new ones.
Click the + Create button. Give your category a name, choose the service type (Single, Package, Group, or 4 Hands), and save. You can create as many categories as you need.
You need to enable Advanced Services first. Go to Settings → Service Categories and click the Advanced Services: OFF button to turn it on.
Yes! When creating or editing a service, click + Add More next to the Category field to assign the service to multiple categories at once.
The promo price is a discounted rate used automatically in Last Minute Discount campaigns and other marketing promotions in YBP. Toggle it on and enter the lower price when setting it up.
An Add-on service cannot be booked on its own — it must be combined with another service during the booking process. Toggle this on when the service is supplementary, like "nail art design" added to a manicure.
Yes. Scroll to Booking availability in the service form and toggle on Restrict booking to specific times. You can then set specific days and time ranges when this service is available for online booking.
