How does the employee pricing work? ▼
Every plan includes the platform itself. On top of that, you pay the extra employee fee per employee per month. So if you're on the Growth plan with 6 employees, your total is the plan price plus the employee add-on. Simple and fair — you only pay for the team you actually have.
What happens when I reach 200 clients on Basic? ▼
When your client database reaches 200, you'll be notified to upgrade to Growth. Your existing data is never lost — it all carries over automatically when you upgrade. Growth gives you unlimited clients plus the full feature set.
Can I switch plans at any time? ▼
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, some features will become unavailable but your data is always kept safe.
Is there a contract or minimum term? ▼
No contracts, no minimum term. YBP is month-to-month. Cancel any time — no questions asked.
