YBP INTEGRATIONS – HOW TO USE EACH SECTION

 

 1. EMPLOYEE REQUEST

Use this to request employees from another franchise to work temporarily at your location.

📍 Steps:

  1. Go to Integrations > Employee Request

  2. Click “REQUEST EMPLOYEE”

  3. In the popup:

    • Enter Company Code of the company you want to request from

    • Click GET EMPLOYEES

    • Select the desired employee from the dropdown

    • Click SEND REQUEST

✅ After request:

  • The employee will show in your request list once accepted

  • You can assign them to appointments like your regular staff

  • The system prevents double bookings


🏢 2. FRANCHISE REQUEST

Use this to share one of your own users (admins/managers) with another franchise.

📍 Steps:

  1. Go to Integrations > Franchise Request

  2. Click “REQUEST USER”

  3. In the popup:

    • Enter Company Code of the franchise you want to share your user with

    • Click GET USERS

    • Select the user (e.g. admin/manager) from your company

    • Click SEND REQUEST

✅ After request:

  • That user will appear under the receiving company’s user list

  • They will have access to manage bookings or other assigned permissions

  • You can edit or remove shared access using the blue ✏️ or red 🗑️ buttons


🌐 3. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION (GOOGLE CALENDAR)

Use this to sync your employee calendars with Google Calendar.

📍 Steps:

  1. Go to Integrations > Third Party

  2. Find Google Calendar and click SETTINGS

  3. In the settings page:

    • Choose sync mode:

      • One shared calendar

      • Separate calendar per employee

    • For each employee, either:

      • Create a new Google Calendar

      • Or select an existing one from the dropdown

  4. Toggle the integration ON (green switch)

✅ Sync behavior:

  • All appointments created in YBP will appear in the mapped Google Calendar(s)

  • You can disconnect at any time using the RESET button
