Use this to request employees from another franchise to work temporarily at your location.
Go to Integrations > Employee Request
Click “REQUEST EMPLOYEE”
In the popup:
Enter Company Code of the company you want to request from
Click GET EMPLOYEES
Select the desired employee from the dropdown
Click SEND REQUEST
The employee will show in your request list once accepted
You can assign them to appointments like your regular staff
The system prevents double bookings
Use this to share one of your own users (admins/managers) with another franchise.
Go to Integrations > Franchise Request
Click “REQUEST USER”
In the popup:
Enter Company Code of the franchise you want to share your user with
Click GET USERS
Select the user (e.g. admin/manager) from your company
Click SEND REQUEST
That user will appear under the receiving company’s user list
They will have access to manage bookings or other assigned permissions
You can edit or remove shared access using the blue ✏️ or red 🗑️ buttons
Use this to sync your employee calendars with Google Calendar.
Go to Integrations > Third Party
Find Google Calendar and click SETTINGS
In the settings page:
Choose sync mode:
One shared calendar
Separate calendar per employee
For each employee, either:
Create a new Google Calendar
Or select an existing one from the dropdown
Toggle the integration ON (green switch)
All appointments created in YBP will appear in the mapped Google Calendar(s)
You can disconnect at any time using the RESET button
