How to Set Up Loyalty Cards in YBP YourBookingPlatform

Loyalty cards are an excellent way to reward clients with cumulative points that can be redeemed for discounts. For example, if you set a service to 5% and it costs €60, the client will earn 5% of €60 (€3) as loyalty points at checkout.

 

Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Log in to YourBookingPlatform and navigate to the LC (Loyalty Cards) section in the left-hand menu under “Customer.”
  2. In the Loyalty Cards dashboard, click the green + CREATE button to start creating a new loyalty card.
  3. In the “Edit Loyalty Card” form, fill in the details:
    • Enter a unique name for your card (e.g., “Loyalty Card – Ezoncs R’Dam”).
    • Set the validity period in days (e.g., 365 days).
    • Toggle the Is Active? checkbox to activate the card.
  4. Scroll to the Add Promotion section to configure the services and percentages:
    • Use the search bar to find the services you want to include in the loyalty program.
    • Assign a percentage to each service (e.g., 5% for manicures, 3% for waxing).
    • Click the blue ADD PROMOTION button to save each service to the loyalty card.
  5. Once you’ve added all desired services, review your settings and click SAVE to finalize the card.
  6. To issue loyalty cards to your clients, go back to the Loyalty Cards dashboard and click the green ISSUE button.
