Company Details
Your core business information — shown on booking pages, invoices, and your mini website. Keep this up to date so clients always have the right contact details.
Go to Settings → Company
From the top navigation of the Settings area, click the Company tab. This is the first tab and contains all your core business information.
Complete your business information
Fill in all the fields under Company Details. These appear on your booking page, client emails, and invoices.
Upload your logo, set currency & timezone
Scroll down to upload your Logo (click Choose File), select your Currency (e.g. Euro €), and set your Timezone (e.g. Europe/Amsterdam) to ensure appointment times are displayed correctly.
Booking & Policies
Control your deposit requirement, cancellation window, rebook reminders, referral programme, and the message clients see on your booking page.
Set your Booking Link Message
The Booking Link Message is shown to clients at the top of your online booking page. Use it to communicate your cancellation policy, important notes, or a welcome message.
Write your booking page Description
The Description field (with rich text editor) is your salon's story — shown on your booking page and mini website. Include your specialties, values, and a warm welcome.
Set deposit, cancellation window & referral
Fill in the key business policy fields to control how your bookings and payments work.
Access your public links — Price List, Mini Website, Gift Card & Booking
At the bottom of the Company Details section, four buttons give you instant access to your public-facing pages. Share these with clients or embed them on your website.
Email Details
Control which email addresses receive booking confirmations, invoices, and billing notifications. Keep these up to date so you never miss an important email.
Set your Notification, Contact & Billing emails
Scroll down to the Email Details section. Enter the correct email addresses for each purpose — these can all be the same address or different ones.
Stripe Payments
Connect your Stripe account to accept online payments and deposits. You'll need your Stripe API keys from the Stripe dashboard.
Set Enable Integration to "Yes"
In the Stripe Details section, set Enable Integration to Yes. This activates the Stripe payment fields.
Paste your API / Secret Key and Publishable Key
From your Stripe dashboard, copy your Secret Key (starts with sk_live_) and Publishable Key (starts with pk_live_) and paste them into the corresponding fields.
Click "Save Stripe Settings"
Click the Save Stripe Settings button. YBP will verify the connection. Once active, clients can pay deposits and full amounts online when booking.
Company Gallery
Upload photos of your salon that appear on your mini website and booking page. Set a main image and add as many gallery photos as you like.
Click "Manage Gallery"
Scroll to the Company Gallery section at the bottom of the Company settings page. Click Manage Gallery to add, remove, or reorder your salon photos.
Set a main image for your profile
The image with the orange "Main Image" badge is the primary photo shown at the top of your mini website and booking page. Make sure this is your best, most representative salon photo.
Click "Update Company" to save everything
Once all your company settings are filled in and your gallery is updated, scroll to the bottom and click the Update Company button to save all changes.
