Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Loyalty Cards on YBP

1. View Loyalty Cards

  • Go to the Loyalty Cards section in YBP.

  • You’ll see a table listing all available loyalty cards with details like:

    • Name: Name of the loyalty card (e.g., “Loyalty Card – Ezones R’Dam (Bredestraat)”).

    • Expiration Days: How long the card is valid (e.g., 365 days).

    • IsActive: Whether the card is active or not.

    • Action: Options to EDIT or DELETE the card.

  • Use the SEARCH bar to find specific loyalty cards or click RESET to clear the search.


2. Create a New Loyalty Card

  • Click CREATE in the Loyalty Cards section.

  • Fill in the details:

    • Card Name: Name of the loyalty card (e.g., “Loyalty Card – Ezones R’Dam (Bredestraat)”).

    • Is Active?: Toggle to activate or deactivate the card.

    • Add Promotion: Search and select services to include in the loyalty card (e.g., “Russian Manicure,” “Pedicure with GelPolish”).

    • Days in Expiry: Set the expiration period (e.g., 30 days).

  • Click SAVE to create the loyalty card.


3. Issue a Loyalty Card to a Customer

  • Click ISSUE in the Loyalty Cards section.

  • Search for the customer by NameEmail, or Mobile Number.

  • Select the customer and assign the loyalty card.

  • The system will generate a Card Number and track Cash Back or rewards.


4. View Issued Loyalty Cards

  • Click ISSUED CARDS to see which customers have been issued loyalty cards.

  • The table will display:

    • Card Number: Unique number for the loyalty card.

    • Card Name: Name of the loyalty card.

    • Customer: Name of the customer who received the card.

    • Mobile Number: Customer’s contact information.

    • Cash Back: Rewards or cash back earned by the customer.


5. Edit or Delete a Loyalty Card

  • In the Loyalty Cards section, locate the card you want to modify.

  • Click EDIT to update details like the name, promotions, or expiry.

  • Click DELETE to remove the loyalty card from the system.


6. Monitor Loyalty Card Usage

  • Regularly check the ISSUED CARDS section to monitor:

    • Cash Back: Rewards earned by customers.

    • Expiration: Ensure cards are used before they expire.

  1. Use Clear Names: Make it easy to identify the purpose of each loyalty card.
