Managing employee payments has never been easier with YourBookingPlatform’s flexible payroll options. Follow this guide to set up the payroll type that works best for your business and employees.

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Payroll Types

1. Navigate to the Employee Settings

   • Log in to your YBP account.
   • Go to the Settings tab and click on Employee to access the employee list.

2. Locate the Payroll Type Column

   • In the employee settings table, find the column labeled Payroll Type.

3. Choose a Payroll Type

   • Click on the dropdown in the Payroll Type column and select one of the following options:
     • Worked Hours: Employees are paid based on the total hours they work.
     • Time to Time: Employees are paid for the time they spend at the location.
     • Percentage: Employees are paid on a commission basis.

4. Set the Amount

   • In the adjacent Amount column, enter the rate applicable for the selected payroll type.
     • For Worked Hours and Time to Time, this is the hourly or session rate.
     • For Percentage, enter the commission percentage.
   • This amount will automatically calculate the total based on the hours worked or commissions earned. And employees can view payrol on the profile

5. Save Your Changes

   • After assigning payroll types and amounts, click Save to finalize your settings.
