How to Set Up Price Change on YBP YourBookingPlatform

The Price Change feature lets you adjust service prices, either by applying a discount or a price increase, for a specific time frame. This flexibility is perfect for seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, or updating prices temporarily.

How to Set a Price Change:

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • On the left menu, go to Settings.
    • Select the Price Changes tab.
  2. Create a Price Change:

    • Click on the +CREATE button to set up a new price adjustment.
  3. Choose Your Type of Change:

    • Select from the dropdown:
      • Discount: Apply a percentage discount to your services.
      • Price Increase: Add a percentage increase to your prices.
  4. Set the Details:

    • Enter the Percentage for the adjustment (e.g., 10% off or 15% increase).
    • Specify the Start Date and Time and the End Date and Time.
    • Optional: Enable Repeat Price Change to automate recurring adjustments.
  5. Activate the Change:

    • Click CREATE PRICECHANGE to finalize the adjustment.

Manage Existing Price Changes:

  • Use the action buttons (Edit, Delete, or Send Email) to manage your active or upcoming price changes.
