Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Services on YBP

1. Create a New Service

  • Click CREATE in the Services section.

  • Fill in the details:

    • Service Name: Name of the service (e.g., “Level 1 All Nails”).

    • Category: Select the appropriate category (e.g., “NAIL ART”).

    • Price: Enter the price of the service (e.g., “11 EUR”).

    • VAT: Select the applicable VAT rate (e.g., “Vat 21 (2+%)”).

    • Duration: Set the duration of the service (e.g., “20 mins”).

    • Employees: Assign employees who can perform this service.

    • Needs Tools?: Indicate if the service requires special tools.

    • Needs Description?: Add a description if needed (e.g., “This service can be booked online”).

  • Click SAVE to create the service.


2. Edit an Existing Service

  • In the Services section, locate the service you want to modify.

  • Click EDIT to update details like:

    • Service Name: Update the name if needed.

    • Category: Change the category if required.

    • Price: Adjust the price.

    • VAT: Update the VAT rate.

    • Duration: Modify the duration.

    • Employees: Add or remove assigned employees.

  • Click SAVE to apply changes.


3. View Active Services

  • Go to the Services section in YBP.

  • You’ll see a list of active services grouped under their respective categories (e.g., NAIL ARTTreatment Pedicure).

  • Each service includes:

    • Name: Name of the service (e.g., “Level 1 All Nails”).

    • Duration: How long the service takes (e.g., “20 mins”).

    • Price: Cost of the service (e.g., “11 EUR”).

    • Action: Options to EDITDELETE, or DUPLICATE the service.

  • Use the SEARCH bar to find specific services or click RESET to clear the search.


4. Delete or Duplicate a Service

  • In the Services section, locate the service you want to delete or duplicate.

  • Click DELETE to remove the service from the system.

  • Click DUPLICATE to create a copy of the service (useful for similar services with minor differences).


5. Export Services

  • Click EXPORT to download a list of all services in a file format (e.g., CSV or Excel).

  • This is useful for record-keeping or sharing with your team.

  1. Use Clear and Descriptive Names: Make it easy for customers to understand what each service includes (e.g., “Level 1 All Nails”).

  2. Group Services Under Relevant Categories: Ensure services are organized logically (e.g., all nail art services under “NAIL ART”).

  3. Set Accurate Durations and Prices: Avoid overbooking or undercharging by keeping durations and prices up to date.

  4. Assign Employees: Assign specific employees to services if only certain staff members can perform them.

  5. Regularly Review Services: Update or remove outdated services to keep the system efficient.
