Zoe.AI is your AI business analyst. It scans your calendar every few minutes, compares this week's occupancy to last week, and automatically creates urgency-based deals for empty slots — so you fill slow hours without doing anything manually.

How It Works

Zoe.AI analyses your calendar week by week

Every few minutes, Zoe.AI checks how occupied each selected employee's calendar is this week compared to the same day last week. If today looks emptier than usual, it triggers a smart deal.

Example: Last Tuesday Khanh had 6 bookings. This Tuesday she only has 2 by midday. Zoe.AI flags Tuesday as a candidate and creates a deal for her empty afternoon slots.

Urgency Logic

Closer empty slots get bigger discounts

Zoe.AI uses an urgency score based on how close the empty slot is. Tomorrow's gap gets the biggest discount — like airline pricing. Next week only gets a small nudge. Your maximum discount cap is the ceiling — Zoe.AI always scales below it.

Each active deal is colour-coded by urgency — making it easy to see at a glance which deals are most aggressive.

Will Zoe.AI discount my busy days too?

No. Zoe.AI compares this week's occupancy to last week's same day. If a day was naturally busy last week, it skips it this week — there's no need to discount a day clients already love. Only genuinely emptier-than-usual days are flagged.

What's the difference between Smart Discount and Price Change?

Smart Discount shows the original price crossed out with the deal price next to it — this creates visible urgency and is recommended for most salons. Price Change simply lowers the price without any "discount" label — better for premium or luxury brands that prefer subtle pricing.

Can I stop Zoe.AI without losing my settings?

Yes. Click ⏚ Stop on the dashboard to pause Zoe.AI. Your configuration is saved. When you're ready to restart, your settings will be pre-filled and you just reactivate.

What does the maximum discount cap mean exactly?

It's the absolute highest discount Zoe.AI can ever apply — the ceiling. Zoe.AI scales below this cap based on urgency. If your cap is 30%, tomorrow's urgent slot might get 28–30%, but next week's might only get 5–8%. Zoe.AI never exceeds your cap.

Can I manually remove a deal Zoe.AI created?

Yes. On the Live Dashboard, every active deal has a Remove button. Click it to instantly cancel that specific deal. Zoe.AI will continue running for other slots — only that individual deal is removed.

Where do clients see the Zoe.AI deals?

Depending on your settings, deals appear on your Company Booking Page (visible to existing clients when they visit your booking link) and/or the YBP Marketplace (visible to new clients searching for discounts in the marketplace). You can enable either or both channels.
